Prophetess Laurette Mkati

Laurette Mkati was called as a missionary from Scotland to South Africa in 1984 and has served the Lord diligently for almost 30 years.  She has been based in the Eastern Cape and is called primarily to the Xhosa nation, although her ministry extends throughout the nation and even the continent.

Although having taken many different roles in these years, the strength of her ministry is in intercession, spiritual warfare and deliverance not only for individuals but for territories.

She is a member of the governing eldership having joined Apostle Mangaliso Matshobane when he began to establish Community Church, Bhisho in 2004.

Her work extends beyond the local church to leading a Community Deliverance/Transformation Project in Duncan Village under Pastors/Ministers Prayer Network.  She is also a leader in the South Africa Prayer Movement for Change with special emphasis on the Eastern Cape through Intercessors for Africa – Eastern Cape.
