The word of the Lord concerning 2010

The year 2010 is A YEAR OF DOUBLE GRACE with fine print test. Zechariah 4:7;

2Corinthians12:9; Romans 5:20. Focus on the grace and not on tests.

The number five is a number that speaks of grace in that there are five graces of Christ viz. Apostle, Prophet, Teacher, Pastor and Evangelist. The formula is the number 10 is 5+5, Five + Five is Grace + Grace= Grace, Grace

Why fine print tests?

There is no grace without tests. Grace is not necessary unless there is a need for it. Our salvation is by grace because of the negativity of sin. So grace was revealed so that sin could be dealt with in our lives. Grace is always needed when there is a negative situation that must be dealt with.

In all the scriptures above you see that there was always something of negative resistance that necessitates the grace of God. In Zechariah you see a great mountain before Zerubbabel which then necessitates the cry of grace, grace. In 2 Corinthians you a see Paul going through tests which he terms a thorn in the flesh. He also refers to the thorn as a process of his weakness which necessitates the sufficient grace of God. In Romans you see the grace of God abounding because of the presence of sin.

These test are in fine print because they are not suppose to be our focus nor are they comparable with the abounding grace of God that is available for us in this season.

The Lord shall double our grace in the word, prayer, finances, family, career, health, etc. in all aspects of our lives there will be double grace.

The Lord also says that this is also a year of fulfillment. This is the year when the Lord will fulfill the things that he has spoken over our lives:

The Lord will fulfill

Psalm 20:4 “May He grant you according to your heart’s desire and fulfill all your purpose”

Psalm 20:5 “… may the Lord fulfill all your petitions”

We must also fulfill our vow

Ecclesiastes 5:4, 5

When you make a vow before the Lord do not delay in fulfilling it, for he has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill what you vow. It is better that you should not vow than to vow and not fulfill. (RSV)

The words of prophecy will be fulfilled

Isaiah 44:26

“… (the Lord) who fulfills the predictions of his messengers…”

Ezekiel 12:25

“But I the Lord will speak the word that I speak and it will be fulfilled. It will no longer be delayed…”
